Supply Chain Planner / Buyer EMEA

To review and execute Planning and Purchasing recommendations created by Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

To review and maintain Oracle Item attribute information.

To act as the initial point of contact for Customer Services, Sales and Marketing as regards product availability

To manage the inventory of a product within EMEA throughout its life cycle

Review and execution of all Planning and Purchasing recommendations created by Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) including:

Raising and adjusting Internal Requisitions

Raising and adjusting Purchase Orders

Working closely with the appropriate internal or external supplier, ensure that accurate availability information is available and reflected on Oracle.

Communicate changes in availability as appropriate to appropriate individuals such as those in Customer Services, Sales and the PTO Planner.

Work with NPIM and Forecast Specialist to ensure that agreed launch forecasts are entered

Regularly review item attributes to ensure that they are up to date.

Sign off of ECOs and communicate changes as appropriate

Manage the inventory and materials in line with agreed targets

Undertake the formal E & O review.

Work with the Forecasting Specialist, Marketing, Sales and Finance, to initiate actions to minimize potential E & O

Create and gain approval of Inventory Disposal Requests (IDRs) and materials where all other potential action to remove inventory has been exhausted.
