Syngic are looking for a Ruby on Rails Coach in Anywhere - Skype conference call

I’m looking for an experienced ruby on rails coach to guide me through the creation of an app I have laid out.
Some info about the project:
3 DB Tables (preferably mysql unless you have good reason for me to use SQLite)
Table 1 [Name:Projects] [Fields: ID), Client(Varchar(50)), Yearly Reserve Funds(int(8))]
Table 2 [Name:Components] [Fields: ID), Component(Varchar(50)), Amount(decimal(2)), Unit Type(varchar(10)), LifeSpan(int(3))]
Table 3 [Name:Project Components] [Fields: Project ID), ComponentID(int(3)), Age(Int(3)), Amount(int(8))]
I need an interface to keep these tables up to date.
After that I’ll want to use this data to generate some .xls files.
I would also like coaching on porting some PHP files over to ruby. One being a csv importer that reads the csv file from another server and adds all the information to a database.
Some info about me:
I am an experienced PHP/MYSQL developer.
Experienced in html/javascript/xml
Intermediate linux console user.
