Team Leader Customer Service - French Venray

We are searching for an experienced team leader in Customer Service on the phone and email with quality management, quantity management and people management skills. Quality improvement is another important part of this job. Through the use of a quality monitoring tool and with help of the Quality Controllers you are able to structurally improve the productivity, quality, but also the enthusiasm of the Customer Service Employees. You will report to the Manager Customer Service. The expertise required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of 2 year experience in Contact Centers as teamleader/supervisor
Creativity
Analytical skills
Excellent oral and written French and English language skills
Having good communication skills in German and Dutch is a plus
Excellent oral and written French and English language skills is a must
