Alpine Mechanical Services, LLC is pleased to announce they are currently searching for Full-Time HVAC Service Technicians to be part of this dynamic team in our DC-Northern VA - MD area.

Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Position will be responsible the service, maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning of various heating, cooling and ventilation units including but not limited to roof top units and EMS within the retail/commercial setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5 years required in the service and repair of commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 ton units including package roof top units, split systems, VAV boxes, CW-HW air handlers-economizers.
• CFC Certified, to include 410a.
• State license where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects up to 75 lbs on a daily basis.
• Basic knowledge of EMS a plus.
