We are looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative NL

Main activities:- Order input in our ERP system (purchase – and sales orders)- Planning of supply of products and coordination with suppliers- Stock management and allocation- Follow up of (sales) contracts, pending orders with all the parties involved: supplier, customer, logistic partners etc and taking care of a smooth coordination- Preparation of necessary shipping documents including validation at CoC, Customs etc.- Negotiating prices for logistic services from third parties; control and approval of invoices.- Reporting to Management about incidents, complaints from customers etc- Proposing and initiating possible improvements in working procedures etc regarding logistics and order processing;- Backing up colleagues that are absent- Organization of inspection with SGS and Bureau Veritas: documents, labels and inspections.- Check of labels and bags according to client specifications and country’s rules.- Managing of letter of credit: helping client for open the letter of credit with right information, making the L/C with right documents and discussion with bank if discrepancies.- Helping customers to release good at destination if there are some problems.- Making documents for homologation and registration of products.Fluent in Spanish, French and Dutch is a plusAt least 2-3 years experience in a similar roleAccurate and precise way of working, ability to work under pressure, show initiative and flexibility, has an eager to learn mentality.Being able to work independently as well as a team-playerPlease note that for this position you need to:- have a valid work permit- live in the Netherlands- live no further than 30 km from Oud- beijerland, preferably in the possession of a carIf you do not match these requirements, you will not be selected for this role.
