Develop, recommend and implement optimal network designs in order to provide high quality service and speed. Troubleshoot and monitor the network in order to maintain a reliable network that complies with the market standards. • Develop and recommend engineering guidelines and network design for customers • Configure CISCO and Allied Telesyn routers • Analyse traffic patterns and network routing configurations • Recommend procedures for monitoring the network and develop capacity relief, sizing and timing criteria • Prepare the following design outputs for the network: % utilization, % availability and outages, in order to ensure high reliability / quality of the Lumarom’s Network • Provide solutions for troubleshooting customers’s network and implement them

Monitor and maintain the company network and upgrade the network computers with the latest hardware and software. Train, coach, implement and provide guidelines to new employees, developing and maintaining the company web site (http://www.formenerg.ro). Responsibilities: • Identify, acknowledge, document, troubleshoot and isolate network issues • Perform continuing network analysis and monitoring • Monitor and maintain daily backups on Formenerg’s network system • Coach and teach RedHat Linux course and practical labs • Coach and teach “VPN, Routing and Remote Access” of Windows 2000 Server • Facilitate new computer programs within the network, analysing programming changes, software and hardware changes and installation • Design, develop and update Formenerg’s website/intranet using HTML, JavaScript , Flash
